Review: These 4″ sage bundles arrived in excellent condition despite only being packaged in a lightweight plastic bag. Tightly bundled, they burned quite well. Curious about the addition of rose petals, I decided I would break one open both to examine the contents and to test it for use as loose incense.Rose-wise, what you see is what you get; each bundle only seems to include 2-3 petals as a decorative adornment on the outermost layer, with none included inside. It should come then as no surprise that, given the ratio of powerful smelling sage and the more delicate scent of rose, the latter was nowhere to be found in the overall scent output.Inside the bundle I found plenty of stems, though all were among the thinnest I’ve seen inside a bundle before, the ratio of leaves-to-stems feeling about average. That the stems were thinner leads me to believe that the leaves were erring on newer growth, for whatever that’s worth. When burned the smell was indistinguishable from bundles I have with larger stems.Burned equally well as loose sage, both whole-leaf and crushed in a mortar and pestle. The bundles were adequately dried, so destemming, crushing, and powdering is a breeze. Looking very forward to whipping up some homemade white sage + rosemary incense cones a little later.

This was our first time and the only sage sticks we’ve ever tried, so I really can’t compare it to others, but it worked great for us! I noticed that it is white sage and sustainably and respectfully grown, that was important to us. It smelled strong and produced lots of smoke. The rose petals were only slightly noticeable but a pleasant addition. We took it around our whole house and it really felt so peaceful and clean. I feel like it made everything more calm and comfortable. This will definitely be something we do from time to time and I’ll order more from this brand!

Review: The sage sticks are excellent quality. They are rolled tight and have each been adorned with a few dried rose petals to help send the love energy into my home. The sage smells fresh as it scented my home and helped me feel peace as I took it to each corner of my home and said my prayer. This is such a great value as you get 6 huge sage bundles at this price. There are plenty of blessings to come as I like to use these as I do tuning fork sound therapy and I will definitely pick up more of these and I recommend them highly.
